Not getting OTP during registration in GoWelMart App??

Please wait for about 15 seconds and then try clicking “Resend OTP” link. If you still do not receive the OTP, check your phone’s network status. If the network is fine and the issue persists, reach out to the store support number by clicking “Contact shop” link.

How to change my personal details??

Click the menu icon on the top left of the screen and click “Profile” on the top right of the screen.You can update the personal details on this screen.

Can I have multiple delivery addresses saved in the App??

Yes. You can have multiple addresses saved.Once you have logged into the application, in the menu you should see the ”My Addresses” link. On click of that, you would be taken to the address list screen with the option to add multiple addresses. You will be able to select these addresses during checkout.

Unable to place an order ??

Please try after sometime and if the issue still persists, call store contact number 7305997333 or raise an issue using the “Support” option in the bottom toolbar.

Unable to place order as items are out of stock at the time of checkout??

The items would have sold out by the time of your checkout. Please add notes to the store in your order with your needs or use “Contact Shop” from the menu to reach the shop, for support.

Some of the items in the order were not delivered??

Please click “Contact Shop” from the menu to reach the shop, for support and inform them about the issue.

Delivered items were not of good quality or items damaged??

Please use the “Contact Shop” link from the menu to reach the shop, for support and inform them about the issue.

Please call the office or customer care immediately and inform them of your concern. You can use the calling details from the bill or the “Contact Shop” link from the App menu.
